Our coaching services are exclusively one-on-one, providing personalized programming and coaching. This premium offering ensures detailed attention to each athlete, made possible by restricting our client intake and carefully selecting the athletes we work with. More than just programming, our coaching involves in-depth technique analysis, customizing exercises for ideal movement, adapting training volumes based on daily, weekly, and monthly needs to match an athlete’s current condition, and cultivating a meaningful coach-athlete relationship.

Our Individualized One-on-One Programming and Coaching includes the following features:

- Tailored programming delivered in 4-week cycles, customized to the optimal mesocycle for each athlete.
- Strategic long-term planning aligned with the athlete's competition schedule and frequency.
- Unlimited or Weekly access to communication with the coach via text.
- Regular check-ins and block reviews every week to assess athlete performance and gather feedback.
- Video analysis of lifting techniques through text, or Instagram.
- Use of Google Sheets for programming, allowing real-time access and edits by both coach and athlete.
